Lonely and need a friend? E-mail me at redd@damenamedredd.com or convo me through the Etsy site! Payment Paypal payments must be paid immediately. Money Orders are taken on a case by case basis. Convo me and we'll talk it over. I also consider trades, remember it never hurts to ask and the worst I can say is no. Shipping Orders ship out within 48 hours of payment clearing. I'm in Canada so sometimes things may take a few weeks to get to you. It's sad but it keeps costs down. If you need something faster I can upgrade the shipping for you. Refunds and Exchanges Refunds are do-able up to one week after receiving your item, minus shipping. I'd rather work with you and turn your sad into glad but if you just don't love it like you thought you would, or you thought you could afford it but man, that energy bill is through the roof, just convo me and we'll work something out. Refunds will be issued minus shipping once the item is returned to me in its original condition. Additional Policies and FAQs I love doing custom orders so if something catches your eye and you'd like it to be a little different or very different, just ask! Custom orders are to be paid in advance if the total is under $20. For over $20 half is due up front and the other half upon completion. I'm open to wholesale & consignment, just convo or e-mail me at wholesale@damenamedredd.com Please keep in mind that colours vary from monitor to monitor and especially real life, but I'm sure you'll love it even more in person. Everything is made in my smoke-free studio but not pet free. so if you have crazy allergies, you may die, and we don't want that. Are you allergic to cats and bunnies? You might want to stay away from my store. While my pets aren't allowed to touch things, they do live here and shed. I try my best to NOT have animal hair in but I'm not perfect so there may be some stray hair. Are you not allergic to cats and bunnies? It's your lucky day! All items come with free cat and bunny hair! Horray! (seriously though, I will try so hard to NOT include cat & bunny/and or my hair) My fellow Canadians, prices do not include taxes. Paypal will add it for you. I know I know, taxes are no fun, but my stuff is fun, so it balances out, well sort of. Please note that I am not a geologist. I list the gems as my suppliers have them listed. I do believe they accurate but as I am human I may make mistakes. This is not intentional, but please be aware that I may be wrong.
